Our primary business is the provision of international educational and technological services, with a focus on financial markets training and digital learning tools.

Nature of Our Services:

The 3×3 Trading Bootcamp is an intensive, 13-week educational program designed to develop practical trading skills. All payments made to Smart Boot Academy are for educational services only. We do not offer investment products, financial advice, or capital management services.

Real Trading Account Sponsorship

As part of the educational experience, students who complete the theoretical and simulation stages receive access to a real trading account funded with $500 USD, sponsored by SCAP Broker.

• This account is provided solely for educational and training purposes.
• Students do not deposit or transfer any funds to the broker.
• The account is opened in the student’s name, but the capital remains under specific educational conditions.
• There is no promise of profit, return, or financial gain.
• Smart Boot Academy does not manage, administer, or guarantee any funds. 

Compliance with International Regulations

Smart Boot Academy strictly complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571) and Money Lenders Ordinance (Cap. 163) of Hong Kong:
  Our activities are purely educational and do not require licensing by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC).
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) Policies:
  We adhere to all relevant AML and KYC requirements in our operations and partnerships.
• No Unauthorized Fundraising:
  We do not collect, manage, or invest funds on behalf of students or the public. All payments are for educational services only.

Refund Policy & Results Guarantee

We are committed to your success. That’s why the 3×3 Trading Bootcamp includes a comprehensive results guarantee:

Full Refund Guarantee:
If you complete the Bootcamp and do not pass the external $150,000 USD funding challenge using the strategies and tools taught, you may request a full refund of your tuition fee.

To qualify for the refund, you must:

• Attend and actively participate in at least 90% of all classes and scheduled activities.
• Complete all assignments, simulations, and program evaluations.
• Provide clear evidence of your attempt at the funding challenge (videos, results, reports).
• Demonstrate that you used the strategies taught in the Bootcamp.
• Submit your refund request within 30 days of completing the Bootcamp.

Please note:

• The refund applies only to students who meet all the above conditions.
• Requests submitted after 30 days will not be considered.
• The guarantee does not cover losses or failures due to non-compliance with the program requirements.

• Activation and use are subject to the provider’s terms, KYC requirements, and local regulations.
• The card will not be distributed in countries where its use is restricted or prohibited by law

Institutional Clause

We do not engage in investment activities, financial advisory, fundraising, or third-party asset management. Access to a real trading account with initial capital is an academic benefit provided by a third party (SCAP Broker), subject to specific educational requirements.
